2003 American LaFrance Engine

 Due to Auburn's high traffic volume, Engine 1 also serves as a light rescue, carrying rescue tools and extrication equipment.


ENGINE 2
2000 KME 2500 Gallon Engine/Tanker

Engine 2, formerly Tanker 1, was specially designed to deal with the high levels of hazardous materials traffic that runs through Auburn's numerous highways. This truck may also be used for ARFF applications.


ENGINE 3
1977 Mack CF Engine/Hose Reel

Engine 3, formerly Engine 7, was the the first apparatus manufactured by Mack to have a hose reel. Engine 3 is currently in reserve status. A new engine is on order and expected for August 2009.

Rescue 1 serves as both an engine and a heavy rescue.
